I hear 5,3,1 or outlaw. Anyone ever use catalyst athletics? Looks good, any thoughts? Thanks.

Based on your other post that you are looking to doing competitions, your probably better off following an entrenched program like Outlaw or Catalyst. Once you get a feeling of how to program, you can then modify to your strengths and weaknesses.

But, if your strength is low to start, you might want to focus on strength more first and then transition to Outlaw or Catlyst.
