Very nice Marlon!

I look forward to adding some of the extras that you have. Great job with pictures on the walls and the media center. Awesome.

I was going to say, you could run an excellent small affiliate out of this beast.

Very inspiring work!

Re: Crazy or Commited: What CF did to my garage.

It's been a long work in progress. Some tweaking still left to do. I'd love to add (if I had the space, a Versaclimber and CrossTrainer. I'd also like the homemade wooden style plyo boxes. I think they give more foot planting space.

I've converted a few local athletic buddies (former athletes, and LEO's) to the CrossFit mindset. While we're not an affiliate (yet), we are steadfast, and call ourselves the CROSSFIT DISCIPLES.

With the gear at home, now there are NO EXCUSES for putting in the work. Left "globo gym" three years ago, after a 15+ year relationship with the "normal" training community. CrossFit is my "bi_ch" now, and I don't want any other. Who'd have thunk that I'd end up with a clown called Pukie. :-)

Re: Crazy or Commited: What CF did to my garage.

My vote: commited.
Real nice job. It looks like it was a two car garage, but can you provide the rough dimensions? I am having a home built and have plans on taking over one of three bays in the garage, but it may be cramped. Maybe I can convince the better half on taking over two of the three bays!

Also, a garage gym forum is a great idea.

Thanks for sharing your work.

Home Depot has 3/4" 4x8 sheets of oak plywood. It's sanded and needs nothing more than a light sanding with fine grit paper and a stain. I don't remember which stain I used, but It wasn't anything special. All I did was lay it on the floor and put horse stall mats around it. I did tack the corners down with concrete screws, but that might not be necessary
