Running in Nanos

How far have you gone? Are they made for anything past 5K?

Re: Running in Nanos

I personally dont run anything over 400m in Nanos. They feel like I am running with flat feet and no turnover.

Re: Running in Nanos

I've never run over 400m in mine; Helen was the last WOD involving running that I used them in. It was not bad but I'd never think about running a 5k in them....

Re: Running in Nanos

I have run in mine. They are not great for running. I am really hoping Nike hits one out of the park with the Metcon TR.

Re: Running in Nanos

I did a two mile leisurely run this morning in my 3.0s. It was better than I had imagined but I'll stick with the short distances....

Re: Running in Nanos

I have done up to 3 miles in mine. No issues 99% of the time. Only once did the side of one of the toe boxes rub weirdly and make me sore and swollen on that one foot once. No issues normally, and would not hesitate from doing it again.

Yeah, but you probably had some great compression socks to help you out
