Sounds silly....but I'll ask anyway. I am a flight nurse who finds himself awake for 20 hours at 2am standing in front of someone with a hat/hairnet and their name on their chest asking to take my order. I am working hard on staying in the zone but need some help/references for fast food zone advice.

Try searching Barry Sear site - Your can find it by scrolling down the right side of the Crossfit page to Freinds of Crossfit.

I travel a lot on business and there are many ways to get what you need from Subway, Macdonalds, etc, if you know just what to order.
