Overhead Squat form chck

Hey guys here I am again posting to get some form check on my OHS. Two weeks ago I PRd at 115lbs, and after one session earlier this week of 5 sets of 3on OHS at 95lbs, I decided to go big today, PRing three times!

Looks good to me.. I was watching lockout position and your knees. Looked good.

To me you could have more trap engagement...really push those traps up.

Hey mate, great work.

Like Aushion said, really push those traps up. I'd also go a little narrower in your stance IMO (if you have the hip mobility to do so). It looks like your knees come in just the absolute slightest bit.

very nice!!!,,,but with the stance you tend to get wider the heavy you go keep that same stance from first and drive those hips out that is where you will get all your power...you will actually lose more power the wider you go because you are engaging less muscles
