20 Banded HSPU, Green as top, Blue as harness

10 Strict Pull-Ups

5x1 Snatch Balance at 75Lbs

Strict Muscle up with Pink Band: 10 Reps

WOD:

20-15-10-5

Burpees
Push-Press (75/55)
SDHP(75/55)
Wall Balls (20/14)
Box Jumps (20)

13:16 with 65Lb Barbell, decide to go for more MetCon today. Not sure why but it was definitely harder this way than I think it would've been the other way.

Definitely the hardest Smolov day I have had so far. These were pretty brutal. I was pretty toast after this so I didn't practice anything else.

WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP

10 Sandbag Ground to Overhead
10 Sandbag Ground to Shoulder

Sorry, I keep forgetting to post. It's been pretty stressful with school recently too.

Smolov Squat: 4 sets of 9 at 150Lbs. Feeling awesome about these. I'm pretty stoked that I made it through the 20Lb weight gain week and now I'm in the home stretch. Super excited to finish up and try out a new max.

HSPU: 25 Banded with Green+Blue


WOD 1:

"Isabel"

First time going for 75lbs pretty good with this time.

3:51. I'm going to try and get this under 3 and then go up to 85. Keep progressing it that way.


WOD 2:

21-15-9

OH Lunges with Plate (45/35)
KTE

Fun day today. I did some push presses for the first time in awhile and I got a lot stronger even though I haven't been doing them... Weird. Maybe all that neyroebdicrine response stuff with squats actually makes a real difference.

Push Press: 10 Sets of 3 at 105Lbs, I couldn't get 3 at that weight before and I probably could have hit a 5 or even a 7.

HSPU: 20 Banded with Green+Blue these are starting to get easier pretty fast.

C2B Pullups: These were in the WOD Today and I hadn't gotten one before today, I watched one of my friends do them who is a lot weaker than me and I realized it was definitely my kip. So I practice and finally got my first one about 3 minutes before the WOD. Then I got 43 in the WOD


WOD:

7 Minute AMRAP

1-1-2-2-3-3-4-4

C2B Pull-Ups
Burpees

Do 1 Pullup, 1 Burpee, 2, 2 Etc. Score is total reps.

Smolov Squat: 5 sets of 7 at 160lbs. I felt pretty tired today all day. This last week of school is definitely starting to wear on me a little. These sets took awhile today.

Rested on most of my my practice today. I had a really long day at school and was definitely tired.

Double Unders: 40 Unbroken sets of 15.

WOD:

12 Days of CrossFit:

1 HSPU
2 KTE
3 Burpees
4 Pull-Ups
5 Push-Ups
6 Box Jumps
7 SDHP
8 Dips
9 Squats
10 Sit-Ups
11 Double Unders
12 KB Swings

18:24 Scaled with Wall Walks. I tore a Callus on the first round of Pullups too.

Training goes on. We're all still here.

Smolov Squat: 7 sets of 5 at 170Lbs

Sets felt pretty good. I had someone spot me for these though. I had to grind out a lot of reps but I got through it. Haven't failed any reps yet so that's good.

75 Push Ups
50 Squats
25 Double Unders
