Practice:

Push Press: 5 sets of 5 at 95Lbs

Power Clean: 3 sets of 7 at 105Lbs

Squat Snatch: Random intermittent attempts at 1 Rep, working on technique and sticking it in my heels. Probably ended up doing about 30 at 65Lbs and 15 at 75Lbs. The 65 was easy but the 75 got away from me a few times. I want to get these down because I know I can get a lot more weight onto my max.

Pull-Ups: 50 Strict with a 15Lb resistance Band


WOD:

30-20-10

MB Cleans (20/14)
Knees to Elbows

9:30 Rx'd

In Reno. Nice 10 hour drive which means...

Rest Day...

...Except for about 1 hour of Pistol Practice in the hotel room using the side of the bed for support. My roommates were looking at me a little weird

I'll have matches this whole weekend do there won't be very much but I'm pretty determined to get this pistol.

Went a little light today, stuck to gymnastics movements to try and ease myself back into it. Weightlifting tomorrow again.

Practice:

50 Strict Pull-Ups in sets of 5 with 15lb Resistance Band

50 Weighted 10lb Ring Dips in alternating sets of 3 and 2

WOD:

8 Minute AMRAP:

8 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14)
10 Push-Ups
12 Ab Mat Sit-Ups

7 Rounds + 23 Reps Rx'd

I felt like I could have gotten 8 rounds, but I'm happy with that score.

Getting back into it slowly.

Power Clean: 7 sets of 1 at 115Lbs

Split Jerk: About 30 minutes of random reps at 95lbs. Probably about 30 total working on technique.

Front Squat: 5 sets of 5 at 115Lbs


WOD 1:

20 Minute AMRAP

1 Rope Climb (15Ft)
15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
1 Run up and down stairs with 45Lb sandbag

8 Rounds+1 Rope Climb and 15 WallBall shots Rx'd

WOD 2:

100 Ab Mat Sit-Ups for Time:

2:30 (15 Second PR)

Not much time. Spent 2 hours after school doing a math project. Got my custom shoes today though so that was pretty cool.

Practice:

4 sets of 1 Push Press at 110lbs
3 sets of 3 Push Press at 100lbs

35 Strict Pull-Ups in sets of 5 with 15lb band

WOD:

Tabata Ring Dips

Rest 5 Minutes

Tabata Push-Ups

Score: 24+97 Rx'd Ring Dips need some decent work. I'll make sure to hit those hard soon. I leave for Florida tomorrow so I'm going to be stuck in a Globo :/

Just lifting again today. I really need to work on all my strength stuff so I'll take these few days away from the box to just do some strength stuff.

Push Press: 10 sets of 7 at 85Lbs

Strict Pull-Ups: 50 with 20Lbs of Resistance

Push-Ups: 100 with Strict form

Dips: 75 on Parallel Bars (SO MUCH EASIER THAN RINGS!!)

My legs and Butt were pretty sore and so were my traps so I stayed away from anything using those muscles. Hopefully I'll be able to squat again tomorrow and maybe do some Oly Lifts.
