13:24, Scaled to 5 rounds and my best attempt at a forward roll...

Not too much time. Got to help with the kids classes as the the box tonight so that was a lot of fun.

Power Cleans: 5 sets of 5 at 95lbs, 5 sets of 5 at 105lbs

105lbs was my max 1 week ago. Going to retest in a few months. You'll see this lift a lot, im trying to get up to 145 in two months.

WOD

15 Minute AMRAP

5 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/10)
5 Wall Ball Shots (20/10)
5 Medicine Ball Push-Ups
5 Medicine Ball Ab-Mat Situps

11 Rounds+ 5 Cleans+ 2 Wall Ball Shots

Pretty fun day. My coach and I moved all of the equipment at our affiliate before classes started so there wasn't any practice time, but I think I got a good enough workout from moving 1500lbs of bumper plates and every other item in the gym.

WOD:

20 T2B
20 OH Walking Lunges (45/25)
20 Box Jumps (30/24)
20 KB Swings (70/44)
20 C2B Pull-Ups
20 11' Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

9:31 Scaled with a 53lb KB and a 14Lb Wallball. Also pull ups used a 25lb resistance band.

Awesome match tonight for High School. It took forever but we got the job done. Got the box at 8:15 so just time for a quick WOD.

Awesome day. I got to work a major gymnastics weakness in my Ring Dips. I also got to do another weakness in the WOD with Pull-Ups. Next time I do power clean I'm going to go for a higher weight and very low reps. Probably in the 1-2 rep range. My best Power Clean right now is 110 and I know I'm ready to destroy that number by probably 10-15lbs.

Practice:

Ring Dips: 100 in sets of 5

Power Cleans: 5 sets of 5 at 105, 5 sets of 7 at 95.


WOD:

Death By Pull Ups

Rest 5 Minutes

Death by OH Squats


Score:
Pull-Ups: 12 Rx'd
OH Squats: 10 Scaled to 65lbs

OH Squats weren't the best I could do. We ran out of time for our class so we had stop a few minutes before we tapped out.

A death by workout is a continuously running clock, on the first minute you perform one rep, the next minute 2 reps, until you can't complete the required amount. It's a fun style of WOD.

Super sore today. So I worked on some skills that I'm lacking at.

Double-Unders: Probably an hour of practice

KB Snatches: 10 sets of 5 each arm at 36lbs


WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP

20 Double Unders
10 Ring Push-Ups

6 Rounds+11 Reps Rx'd

In case you couldn't tell by the score, I'm really, really bad at double Unders

Decently sore still today. Not as bad as yesterday. Kept it light and used today as more of a rest day with just a few things.

Power Snatch: 5 sets of 3 at 75Lbs

Power Clean: 5 sets of 1 at 115lbs

Double Unders: General practice

The 115lb Power Clean was a PR. 5lbs added in about a week. Definitely could have gone more, that weight still felt light but I'll take the 5lbs and try for another five in a few more days. Those cleans are definitely starting to pay off.

WOD:

25 TGU

3:37 with a 26lb KB, haven't had a ton of practice with these so that's a good start.

PR'd my pull-ups today. Could have done more but I was just trying to get to ten. I was planning on doing more after the WOD but I was totally fried, and I got a lot of reps done within the WOD.

Practice:

Pull-Ups: 4 sets of 10 Unbroken reps. Previous PR was 8.


WOD:

10 Days of CrossFit Style

*Perform in the order 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1, Etc, until you have completed the entire ladder

1 2 fer 1 Wallball shot
2 HSPU's
3 Front Squats (85Lbs)
4 T2B
5 Ring-Dips
6 Power Cleans (85lbs)
7 Box Jumps
8 Pull-Ups
9 each arm of 1 Arm KB Deadlifts (62lbs)
10 PVC Ab-Mat Sit-Ups
