95 pound Squat clean, 7 reps
14 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (sub 35 lb dumbbell)

AMRAP in 10 minutes of
5 Kettlebell swings
5 burpees
10 Kettlebell swings
5 burpees
15 Kettlebell swings
5 burpees
…ect…
Notes: Every time you drop your Kettlebell you must complete 5 burpees before picking it back up, even if it is mid set.
35 lb Kettlebell
6 rounds + 14 KB swings (44 KB swings)

15 Pull-ups
20 Burpees
65 (sub 60) pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 15 reps

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 box jumps, 40-inch (sub 24) box
20 one-legged squats, alternating (did these between patio chairs & assisted with arms at the bottom)
5 rounds + box jumps + 3 one-legged squats

115-lb. (sub 65) sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell
5 rounds + 1 sumo deadlift high pull
