Andy, I remember that one and it was the workout that absolutely taught me the difference in body mechanics between the three. I remember not really "getting" the push jerk prior to that; but that workout, there was one rep where I started to "press" the jerk - if you know what I mean - and then my arms stopped working, and my @ss had to get under that bar. The bulb really went on then!
