Ultimate Warrior Workouts Book

I recently bought the book Ultimate Warrior Workouts (w/f/s) written by Martin Rooney which covers functional conditioning elements for major styles used in MMA (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gracie Barra), Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing, Sambo, Kyokushin Karate, and Judo were all covered in the book).

Granted my focus is towards GPP for my task of being a soldier but hand to hand combat conditioning is always something I keep in mind as part of those tasks. And martial arts (Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) are longstanding hobbies of mine and dovetail nicely into my goal towards being a better soldier. Has anyone integrated aspects of the book into their CrossPit or similar martial arts training?
