Nail physics exam.

In may sometime, i will be tested in the following diciplines at school:
For A,

14 pullups, (got it)
45 pushups (does 40)
63 situps (40)
9:50 3km run, ( 10:35 personal best, current 11:10)

Will the WOD be enough to mannage this? There is no doubt that the situps and running is going to be the big challange.
How do I need to train to achieve A in all of them?

Re: Nail physics exam.

In general, almost everything CF does involves core strength and this is why I love it. Just do a few warmup situps before each WOD as part of the CFWU. Whenever you do squats, burpees, any olympic lift, etc. you are using your core- your abs- your situp muscles.

It is funny how CF works- You can do stuff you think is totally unrelated then come back to a lift you have not done in a long time and hit a new PR.

Re: Nail physics exam.

Do Pull-ups, push-ups and sit-ups in your warm-up most days. Go running 1-2x a week. You'll be fine.
