I realize that I have been posting at my own liberty throughout the Crossfit forum without first introducing myself. I came across crossfit on early November of last year although how I discovered the site still remains shrouded by the fogginess of my mind. Before coming to Crossfit, I was following Stew Smith's 12 week program, although not to the letter, but the Crossfit concept was certainly revolutionary to me at the time. At the beginning of February of this year, I decided to try out the WODs for the first time and boy was I smoked! My work capacity has gone through the roof and now I can run up and down the stairs and run to the store without getting winded. Hopefully, during this summer I will have more time to follow the WOD faithfully day by day. For now I remain a general fitness enthusiast although I am beginning to get interested in gymnastics. Wow, what a rant this has turned out to be; one of these days I am going to write my autobiography!
