Danon Light & Fit Yogurt review: Not so fit

I wrote up a quick little review of Danon's Light and Fit yogurt over on my fitness/training blog.

Conlusion: full of crap you shouldn't eat. But low in calories . Stay away from this stuff and go for Fage or Greek Gods yogurt instead. Just my humble opinion.

Here's the full review (WFS): http://briangetsbrawn.tumblr.com/pos...-light-yes-fit

You guys have any good yogurt recommendations. I like to mix it with some cottage cheese for a quick snack.

Fage for the win. I get the plain and add wild blueberries to it.

Stonyfield / Oikos is good as well (just not usually available where I shop).
