New and Ready!

Hi Everyone! I am 29, 5'3 at 130lbs and this is my first post...

This coming Saturday morning I am starting at 210 Crossfit, San Antonio TX!!

I am super excited and more than ready to become addicted to something so phenomenal! I tried it a few times while deployed a year and a half ago and really enjoyed it.

Any recommendations, advice and support will be greatly appreciated!

~Leigh

Listen to your coaches.
Don't eat crap.
Chase the right set of numbers (performance).

Have fun.

And will definitely listen to my coaches...they seem to be an awesome group of people that are really going to keep me motivated! And as far as my eating...I am doing fruit, nuts and meats!

Yes, I know you said (Leigh) said you were already eating meat, but bacon is really in its own category.

Re: New and Ready!

Once you have drank the kool aid from a fire hose, come on over to the girl power thread!

Focus on form, form, form, technique, technique, technique, and learn how NOT to get injured.

Welcome!
