I've been having right shoulder pain with bodyweight(or any heavy load) bench press. What are thoughts on using db's?

I use single arm dumbbell bench press and it is much easier on my shoulders.

DBs are in general better than bars because they require you use stabilizing muscles. That's the really simplified take on it.
