is ezekiel 4:9 acceptable for paleo

Newbie trying to learn, read, learn, ect. about the Paleo lifestyle. Is Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted whole grain cereal acceptable? Probably not because it's a grain right? It's made from freshly sprouted organically grown grains, no flour, no refined sugar, no preservatives, no shortening, dairy free ect.

not "paleo", no.

But if you aren't paleo, and don't have gluten intolerance it is a pretty healthy food and certainly a good alternitve to more processed white breads and whatnot. Good source of fiber, some protein, and complex carbohydrates. Tastes good, I like it. There's even a cinamon raisin flavor, yum.
