Re: Please Review My Program

You know your body best so you will have to just have black box some of this stuff.

Schedule- Don't be surprised if you are gassed out at Karate after SS. You MAY need to drop or reschedule some of those sessions.

Pay attention to your body, you get stronger on rest days, not in the gym. You NEED rest days.

Diet- I would stay away from GOMAD for now. You can analyze your set up better if you change one thing at a time. For now, you're changing your workouts. See how that goes. If you're not seeing the results you want, then change one other thing, then evaluate.

If you keep eating Paleo, just eat when you are hungry. You have some extra weight to use up, just like I did when I started(and still do).

You MAY be able to gain strength AND lose weight for now, but you MAY need to increase calories for the last stages of increased strength.

Re: Please Review My Program

I agree with everything Marcus said. big to lift big. Though Paleo is good for losing weight, the amount of double-stacked cheeseburgers you eat while on SS is directly related to how strong you are going to get. Don't worry about your waistline too will definitely go down as you get stronger and you can really focus on your body composition once you hit your strength goals. Good luck.
