WTF???
If only I had quite powerlifting and had been doing yoga all of this time I would have a 3000 lbs total.... Yoga is only going to make someone who is weak stronger. There is nothing wrong with yoga, and it can be a good adjunct to resistance training, but to imply it can replace resistance training is pure folly. |

I agree with Chris, Yoga shouldn't replace standard workout, but it should be included in a weekly exercise schedule in my opinion. It's good to have balance of many different types of workouts.
