Interesting Picture
I came across this road sign at an intersection during my travels. I thought I should share it with the Crossfit community so I took a picture with my cell phone; hopefully it came out clear enough...

i saw this on the affiliate blog the other day. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! NOTHING GOOD CAN COME FROM THAT STREET!

Are you kidding me? It's probably against the AUP to go into details, but let's say that, were I anywhere near wherever that is (where is that, by the way?) I'd be executing a new task-priority WOD shortly before redecorating my room...

Something like 100 street light pull ups? FYI its near Doylestown PA if you are really itching to redecorate that room.

More like 1 sign-post pullup (weighted negative) followed by a weighted 2K (or possibly 5K).

Hmmm... I'll be in PA at the end of May...
