New to the Board, found an interesting article

Hows it going, Im new to the board (looking for a while, but first post) and I must say its great to have so much info available. I stumbled across an article (old one, but still shows this works) that presents a small study of short high intensity workouts better than long slower ones. Not mentioning Crossfit, but its the same principles:
