Troy Barbell is bent
So I got my bumper and bar set in August. I had the bar on the rack the other day and though I noticed a bend. Well I took out my trusty leveler and found I was correct. Does anyone know what kind of customer service Troy barbell has and if it would just be better to keep it for scrap and venture over to Rogue for the service and quality?

Troy has great customer service but you will have to start the warranty claim with the Troy Retail Dealer you purchased the bar from. You should have a 1 year warranty on all Troy bars. If you need any help in the process you can email me mike@MaverickAthleticCompany.com |
