tips for prevention!

Hey, I need some tips for prevention.

I got a history of tons of injuries I could probably have avoided.

Right now I don't workout but I do a ton of cycling and swimming (and some surfing / martial arts when I have time, but that doesn't count...).
Since I pack muscle VERY easily I think the most probable injury will be due to imbalances.
Any ideas how I can keep my muscles balanced (for swimming and cycling) or prevent injuries for those sports?

Magnificent Mobility by Robertson and Cressey, Inside Out Ultimate Upper Body Warmup by Hartman and Robertson. Don't skimp on your warmup - fix the way you move so you have LESS of a chance of injury.
