tips for prevention!
Hey, I need some tips for prevention.
I got a history of tons of injuries I could probably have avoided. Right now I don't workout but I do a ton of cycling and swimming (and some surfing / martial arts when I have time, but that doesn't count...). Since I pack muscle VERY easily I think the most probable injury will be due to imbalances. Any ideas how I can keep my muscles balanced (for swimming and cycling) or prevent injuries for those sports? Thanks a ton! |

Magnificent Mobility by Robertson and Cressey, Inside Out Ultimate Upper Body Warmup by Hartman and Robertson. Don't skimp on your warmup - fix the way you move so you have LESS of a chance of injury.
