I would like to see some other times out there so that I can benchmark. Thanks.

Friday night 100 explosive burpees with arms going overhead in 4m 56s. Have not work out much after Grapplers Quest ended up with a superspinatus tear and some labrum damage.

Excellent time Christian! I'm horribly slow - 8:27. Burpees with pushup, jump and overhead clap.

Christian that's awesome! 7:53 for me, after today's deadlifts. Full pushup to powerful jump. I thought my legs were actually going to quit functioning towards the end. Fun times!

You guys are way ahead of me @ 10:52... I did 8 sets of 10 & one set of 20 with PUs & jumping...Its something for me to work on though....A great workout that I shy away from cause its so tough...maybe Ill shoot for 100 continuous nonstop would be nice for me regardless of time.

7:55 for me with a full push-up and clap at the top. I think I could have done better as my legs have been screaming from work lately. Who would have thought pulling weeds would be so dam hard.

Did 100 yesterday -- 7:04 total. Broke it up into sets of 20. I was huffing and puffing pretty hard by the end!

Will rest up before the challenge and then post.
What wrecks me with Burpies is my ability to lose explosive jump at the end. I like to have a target to touch (ie, pullup bar, etc). Any push to standardize this for all?
Possibly a target 6" over max standing arm overhead extension?
How about % of height?
Just some thoughts to keep punks like me from cheating.

Great idea Justin. Percent of body height would be most equitable . I'll have to get back to you on what decent% is.

100 burpees + wicked hangover = very very bad... I remember now why I stopped drinking...

9 minutes flat, will try again when I'm more "rested".
