Question Rest for Round question?

I''m new to crossfit and i've read the faq and tons of post, but i can not find an answer to my question?

How much time do i rest between rounds? I understand i can do it till it's done, or try to go for a specific time. So which one would i use starting out? Thanks

Re: Rest for Round question?

It will say most of the time.

1. For time = do the whole workout as fast as possible
2. Rest as much as you want between rounds = fairly obvious
3. Any strength work (1-1-1s, 3-3-3s, 5-5-5s, CFT) = generally rest 3-7 mins or so because it's strength work.. not a metcon.
