Re: Sunday's WOD??

it is pretty straightforward...
you are doing pull-ups ladder starting from 1 and increase number of reps in every consequent set: 1, 2, 3,... etc.
you are supposed to complete each set in one minute (taking breaks if needed is fine). If you have time left you rest until the end of the minute. if at some point you failed to complete the set in one min, that means end of WOD for you.

1st min: 1 (you rest a long time)
2nd min: 2 (same here)
...
20th min: 20
...
30th min: 30
...
1hour: 60 (you have only 1 sec per pull-up)

Re: Sunday's WOD??

Pretty simple as Alex put it. On the minute, every minute add one pull-up. Yes it sounds ridiculously easy at first. Its not!

Re: Sunday's WOD??

Thats what I thought but I didn't want to do it and feel stupid. What is the thought process behind this?

Re: Sunday's WOD??

There's a reason it's been nicknamed "Death by Pull Ups."

Re: Sunday's WOD??

Just another question here, kipping pull-ups still legal here? or strict form?

Re: Sunday's WOD??

kipping is the default CF pull up.

Only use strict pull ups - if the WOD says "strict"
