To answer your question, Grace. My forehand's crazy strong and accurate. My backhand's definitely gotten better by it's a far less intuitive movement for me. Fun times. I can't wait till it gets warm enough for singles outside. Should be just around the corner...You ever play?

Since, you know...seems you're pretty inactive to me and you could use the exercise.
Erin,

Tennis is not for me. I've tried it many times before but just couldn't find joy playing it. However, I enjoy watching other people play.

Sunny and warm days are just around the corner.

Very cute baby!! Looks like you.

Anyway, it was nice and warm on the 1st day. 2nd day was chilly and breezy but definitely a kite board day. Third day was somewhere in between. Got some quality and quantity sleep...just what Eva T. prescribed.

What was supposed to be Rest Days didn't turn out to be at all. However, I managed to read 200+ pages of Stephen King's new book, Duma Key.

Practiced on Hand Stand hold against wall 12 reps.
HSPU after each hold ~3-5 reps....head is still far from touching floor.

Kiteboard in the cold waters and chilly breeze

Hope you do as well, Erin, so we can attack these WODs like there's no tomorrow.

Re: Grace's Log

Today

CFWU x3

Snatch Balance from behind the head 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
(because I'm not too comfortable with Snatch yet)
30-60sec rest between each 1 Rep set

45-45-45-55-65-75fail-70fail-65-70

and

Playing catch up

No Pressure Nate = 3 Rounds no time
(because working on pre KIP sets on Muscle Up sub)

10 Hang Body Rock front & back with jumping momentary grip off the bar
5 Body Rock Jumping Pull Up with 5 count slow negatives
5 Bar Dips with slow concentrics/eccentrics and lock out at the top
4 HSPU feet on captain's chair pad - head can't touch floor yet
(conveniently the same equipment that has Dip/PullUp bars) - glob entertainment for the hour
8 30# DB CF Swing

Tomorrow may be another one of HQ's killer WOD with time constraints and all. Aiming for least 6.5 hours of sleep tonight.

What are you trying to say???

Grace... I would say get more sleep, but I'd be happy if I got 6.5 hours. I sometime only get 5 hours. My solution is there needs to be a 26 hour day, so I can get the extra hours.

Nice job on the snatch balance.

Re: Grace's Log

I'm just encouraging you all to make more time to sleep. Making the body go thru such efforts and only give it 5-6 hours is too tough !

For instance, sleeping 9 hours felt like luxury for me today I invite you all to do so tonight hehe
