I've read the thread about having beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes (puppies, big dogs, etc.) and think that's a great tool. How do you evaluate your new clients, especially the semi-athletic ones, for placement?
I'm completely sold on the beginners workout from the CFJ. I could start the better in-shape guys somewhere besides week 1 but how do I decide? Or just start everybody in week one...I know I'm thinking too much and missing the obvious. It's late. And once classes are under even the beginners are ahead of the newbies. Then what? |
