I'm a 47y/o fireman. We're at the acadamy doing some emt re-certs. I'm playing a victim while taking my vitals the guy says 52 for pulse.

The instructor says "Lamont you take it and see what you get". (thinking it to low to be right).

lamont says "I got 48 !!"

Instructor says he never had one that low.I say "you never had a Crossfitter then"
