Not sure now how long I've been toying with crossfit. That and trying to keep up with my girls who have been in gymnastics now for 5 months - I'm finally making progress! Woo Hoo! I couldn't do a single rep of any of the following when I first found CF.
Headstand PU - against the wall almost head to the ground sets of 5. skin the cats - today hit sets of 5,6,7 knees to elbows - today hit sets of 10! Still haven't quite got the hang of kipping pullups but went from sets of 4 deadhangs unweighted to sets of 7 w/10lbs. And the muscle up is still eluding me, but I can do pullovers and back hip circles! Just think what I could be doing if I just followed the WOD religiously! :biggrin: |
