Been struggling for over a year with a tear to my anterior delt. Along with some other shoulder injuries aquired over the years, it has kept me from being able to do a muscle up for over a year. Today I got a 5 in a row. Pretty cool.

The timeline went something like this: Jeff takes a drubbing in a workout from Karl. Forever remembered as the "6 second incident". Jeff does 3 muscle ups. Karl says "I didn't see it. Anybody here see Jeff do the muscle ups? They don't count". Beth, we've had a lot of positive feedback on the seminar. Glad you enjoyed it. Maybe when you are down this way you can stop in for a refresher. What I think is cool about this is that my shoulder is able to handle the transition movement now. Shoulder rehab centered around push press and thrusters, emphasis on putting the shoulders to my ears. Oh and a few full range pull ups now and again. Lisa, We are trying to arrange things so we can get out to Co. for the seminar. Will you and Jim be there? Beth, glad you enjoyed the seminar. We've gotten a lot of positive feedback on it. Maybe when you are down this way you can stop in for a refresher. |
