Yippy!Today i did my first handstand (since poping out shoulder)I kicked up to against a wall. As oposed to walking feet up the wall stuff i have been trying for last few days.
Left arm still really weak and shaking all over the place but at least i can do them again,
So happy :-)just had to share.
Tomorrow i might even give the pull ups a go.

Congrats! Getting stuff back after an injury is a good thing. Just keep being smart about the progressions coming back.

Thanks, yeah i have waited to long and worked to hard to do anything silly, i hope.
I have had injurys before that i have come back to early from and paid the price.
So if the pull ups don't feel right i wil go back to body rows.
I also had my first submission wrestling session since injury yesterday. Shoulder stoped me doing a few things/escapes, but i would rather flatten out and have to work a little bit a harder to escape if it means protecting the shoulder. I only free wrestled for about 10-15 min (after doing squat run WOD) but like everything now i can build it up steady, steady

I did my first handstand today, also. My spotter was so impressed she forgot to spot me...

Yes, well luckily I know how to do a forward roll! The handstand only lasted a second before I came crashing down.

But its a start,It will get easier now you know you CAN do it.

Hey i got my pull ups back today, decided to give negatives a go in the warm up ( rather then body rows) got to the bottom and though why not. Ended up doing 9 in total. Largest set was of 3( thought i would stop their rather than push my luck), not bad seeing i had only just built up to 3.5 before my injury an hadn't attempted them for about 10 weeeks.
