If you are running a fever is it ok to work out?

A fever is your body's natural defense to "burn up" virus invaders. Keep warm, dont over exert yourself...sweat alot (staying warm, sauna, steam...without passing out of course). Skin is a natural detox organ...so use it to get the germs out. Drink lots and lots of water....let your body flush it out. Keep meals simple...not heavy...your immune system needs all the energy it can get, so don't weight it down with heavy digestion. In short...take it easy, maximize healing..and you will be back to normal in no time.
