Hi,
I guess the difference between those 2 exercises is the position of the hands, right? For DLHP place hands wide, outside the legs, when doing Sumo DLHP place hands between legs. Thanks |

Guys,
There is no difference. Sumo Deadlift High Pull is the exercise that's supposed to be done in Fight Gone Bad. I believe the WOD has been updated on the main page. Thanks, Mike |

When you don't have a rowing machine, you should substitute it with the sumo dead lift high pull. For today's (actually yesterday's) WOD you have to do the sumo DLHP twice per round?

Andy,
That's correct. Although the SDHP you'd do as a rowing substitute would be with 45 lbs instead of the 75 lbs that is prescribed for the regular SDHP. Mike |
