Best way to transport heave equipment via bike (ie/ slam ball, KB)

I've been relatively lucky with gyms in the area and where I work having most of the equipment I need. I've picked up a few things of my own though (60lbs KB, abmat, parallettes, 20lbs slam ball) and I like to do workouts in the park where they have a nice solid pull up bar and stuff to jump on for box jumps.

It's only about a 10min bike ride. Just wondering if anyone has any similar experience with carrying heavy things on bikes? I'm ok with having to drive the KB there.. 60lbs is a bit much for any back pack or bike rack, but does anyone have any suggestions for the slam ball? I took it in my adidas gym bag today... it didn't break yet, but I'm sure it will eventually...

Maybe one of those trailers to haul children in? They are all over Craigslist.

That's what I'd suggest, too. I've seen more "industrial" looking bike trailers as well, but they're probably not as easy to find.

Depending on your bike... the old milk crate on the back rack is great, cheap and easy to do. They're pretty much indestructible - as long as your bike (and ego) can handle it.
