I pay $225 a month unlimited, but it's run by Mike Rutherford and he's extremely good. He was one of the first affiliates in the county and takes it very seriously. He's one of the best coaches I've ever had from a fitness standpoint. It's all about what you want though.

A pair of 30 lb Med Balls
Custom 130 pound Thai bag with mountings
2x 30 and 50 pound DBs
a few assistance bands
350+ sq.ft. of floor mats
200+ sq. ft. of MMA mats

Granted, I am probably learning some of the more advanced movements more slowly than if I had a dedicated trainer with me, but I am pretty certain I'll have it all down in less than 10 months.
