Ironic location for a CrossFit box?

A certain golden-arched "restaurant" (if you could call it that) near my neighborhood closed down recently. It would be the ultimate in irony if someone turned that property from forging elite fatness (to plagiarize someone's sig) to forging elite fitness!

Good sized footprint. Lots of parking. It's for sale, so you'd own the property (vs renting). Easy access from a major road-lots of visibility.

Now, if only that building had a taller ceiling for rope climbs/etc...

PS: Please forgive my lack of photoshoping skills.

Rings off the Golden Arches would be cool.

It would be even better if it had a "play place".. those usually have some pretty high ceilings

That's funny you should mention that. There's a Waffle House here downtown that closed down recently, and the building is now for rent. I often wonder how cool it would be to suck it up and open an affiliate there.

I don't know what is more amazing. Your idea, or the fact that there is a closed down McDonalds. I don't think I've ever seen that!!

Mc Donalds doesn't make you fat, bad eating choices do. If people want greasy, crap food, why not make a profit off of it?

McDonalds can make you strong and not just fat, its the physical activity with the diet that helps.
