Left shoulder pain and Bilateral Achilles Tendon pain

Hi Guys,
I have been having left shoulder pain and bilateral achilles tendon pain for approximately 10 - 12 weeks. I finally went to see my primary care physician this past Friday and he told me that I have a partially torn left rotator cuff and partially torn achilles tendons. I will be going to see a physical therapist this coming Thursday. I'm 52 years old and am addicted to crossfit. Any advice from the knowledgeable crossfit community? I respect your opinions and advice.

With Great Respect,

Greg Norman
