This may seem silly :happy:, but I thought I'd share anyway:
For about the last decade my bowling average has remained pretty constant. I thought I had basically hit a plateau past which I was not willing to do the work to progress. (I don't bowl seriously at all -- not in a league or anything -- just about once every 6 weeks or so with friends for fun).
Since I started CF my average has shot up by about 45 pins (which is huge). I honestly have no idea how to explain this (bowling is only a marginally "athletic" activity), but I blame crossfit!
Now that is true general physical preparedness!}
