In honor of Veterans Day
So today at our box the WOD was 2 back to back Hero Wod's.. We started with "Coe" (10 rounds of 10 thrusters and 10 ring push ups) then go directly into "Randy" (75 Snatches @75lbs).. with a continuous running clock.
The RX for "Coe" is 95lb Thrusters, but I scaled with 75lbs... This was the first time I've ever come close to doing a 100 thrusters in one workout... BRUTAL! I stayed with the 75lbs for "Randy" which is RX. I completed both WODS in 45:48.. I know its a long time, but it was tough!! I had to break up a lot of the reps in sets of 5.. It seemed to work for me.. A BIG thank you for what our military and law enforcement do for us everyday! A.J. |
