10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 Pull-ups

My boyfriend does cffootball so I did the cffootball WOD with him today.

Tabata jump rope high knees
Rest 1 minute
Tabata KB swings 12kg
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Burpees
Rest 1 minute
Tabata KB swings 12kg

Total score (excluding tabata jump rope)=197

Then I did 15 more burpees for day 15 of my 100 day burpee challenge.

I did 16 burpees for day 16 of my 100 day burpee challenge.

I also practiced double unders, ghd sit ups,.and ghd back extensions.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches

Yesterday- rest day, but I still did 17 burpees for day 17 of my 100 day burpee challenge.

Today-
10 min AMRAP of:
30 DUs
45# power snatch, 15 reps

2 complete rounds + 30 DUs + 5 power snatches

DUs were all broken, the most I strung together at one time was about 10.

Then, I did 18 burpees for day 18 of my 100 day burpee challenge.

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

Warm up: 35 min run outside (The weather in Chicago is absolutely perfect today!!!!! ahh!!!)

WOD:
OHS: 65-75-75-75-75
FS: 75-85-95-105-115
BS: 115-125-135-140-145(f)

Then, 19 burpees for day 19 of my 100 day burpee challenge!

20 pull ups (small jump-bar @ reach)

25 pull ups (small jump-bar @ reach)

17 minutes

I just completed 20 burpees for day 20 of my 100 day burpee challenge. My upper body is DONE! I definitely cannot wait for tomorrow's wod!

Run 10K

Last time 2/9/11:
"Ran just under a 10k outside: 46:54
10 degrees in Chicago today but it feels like -5"

Today: Ran same route as above in 43:50-It is a beautiful day today! Perfect for running.

After the 10k- I completed 23 burpees for day 23 of my 100 day burpee challenge. (These were the slowest burpees of my life thus far haha)

For time:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups

Did this WOD in a hotel gym:
70 burpees
60 sit ups (anchored, no ab mat)
50 KB swings (12kg-brought from home)
40 push-ups (no pull up bar)
5 failed attempts at HSPUs, then I decided to do a 30 second HS hold instead)
13:30

WOD was followed by another 24 burpees for day 24 of my 100 day burpee challenge.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a portable doorway pull-up bar? It doesn't have to be amazing. I just want something to use while I am traveling.
