Try This One Out
We did this WOD at CrossFit Stillwater this morning. Combined and altered a little Nancy & Lynne. Reduced rounds from 5 to 4 due to 100 + degree heat.
4 rounds for time: 400 M Run 15 95lb OHS 15 Bench Press @ 65% of 1 RM 15 Pull-ups This one would be fun heavy as well. Say 135+ on OHS and 85% of 1 RM on Bench, and weighted pullups. Reduce reps to the 5-7 range. |
