Fran or not?

DId Fran to day but did pull ups first how much difference does this make? I beat my PB by 2 min.My PB was done thrusters first tho . doe that matter?
Just wanted to know because Ive been on the Zone since my last Fran and wanted to make sure I beat my last score.

Pullups after thrusters are an entire different story than vice versa.

thats what i figured. It was still hard but I didnt need as much recovery time as usual. Oh well live and learn. Next time I will rx it and compare. Thanx

Barry,

I wouldn't say that they're *completely* different, in that you did the same work (i.e. 45 pull ups, 45 thrusters). In fact, if your reordering allowed you to do the prescribed work in less time, then your reverse Fran is a "better" workout when judged by power output. Of course, that isn't the sole criterion for judging a workout.
