Well its my first day back after being ill for 7 months, and even though discouraging still I did more than I have in a while...not thrilled with the outcome, however still on a mission. I only did 6 rounds and my pull-ups if you want to call them that I jumped and pulled and cried...I definitely lost my upper body strength, hopefully my muscles dont have alzheimers....and will remember the good ole days!

I did 6 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats. No I really didnt do the full 20 minutes, I only did half of the time.

\i}}pain is my friend...okay tough day sore from first time filthy fifties yesterday = yikes. Today I did the distance and dont remember running 3.1 miles and feeling such difficulty, I felt like I was dragging 1/2 of Wellington with me on my legs. But I succeeded the distance with lousy time - 42.34 very poor in time...room for conditioning :puke0000:}}\

Well....Not really ready to return FT to CF. I thought I was ready to do so in January, mentally YES I am over anxious to return however after surviving an illness of 8m, & now having an injured achilles due to steroids/antibiotics I thought I would try "Barbara" out on a mild level.
I did as rx'd but only 2 rounds: 6:30,& 7:13...I had to do jumping & pure negative pullups; I dont want to be discouraged however I use to be in excellent shape and now I have zero strength and endurance...I want to be in the best shape ever and operate my own CF here in Florida...well THE MOUNTAIN I MUST CLIMB AND I WILL IN TIME....

Florsie: your numbers and you are looking great day after day. Your determination is inspiring.
Keep at it and the rewards will be much more appreciated.
