vegetable oil vs. olive oil
Any difference? I'm on a tight budget and vegetable oil is much cheaper but it still has the pretty much close to the same amount of nutritional value. I'm mainly using it to gain weight. Any help would be thanks.

Re: vegetable oil vs. olive oil
It's cheap for a reason. Vegetable oils are bad news. Spend the money on cold pressed EVOO, it will last much longer than you think.

Re: vegetable oil vs. olive oil
What about peanut oil or corn oil. I assume peanut oil wouldn't be exactly the best either but I have about 10 gallons of it in my basement.

Re: vegetable oil vs. olive oil
Those are even worse. EVOO is the way to go. I drink a couple shots a day.
