Yesterday I ate egg whites instead of egg yolks.

Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

I ate Wing Street yesterday, breaded chicken pieces soaked in Honey BBQ deliciousness. Felt terrible. Not terrible enough to stop me from finishing the box though!

WOW!

I think that beats my previous cheat day (too horrible to write down here!)

Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

Last Friday night (rather Saturday morning) I had to have McDonalds... It was the only thing open. I ate the following RIGHT before going to bed. I had 2-Bagel Egg and Cheese Sandwiches, 1-Steak McSkillet Burrito, 3-Hash Browns, and a Large Glass of Milk.

Yes, it was 4:30 in the morning...

Yes, I was hammered...

Yes, I was near death...

Large Hot Fudge Sundae w/walnuts from Marble Slab Cremery yesterday. My heart was racing afterwards and I felt horrible all night. Scary dreams.

Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

Yesterday: In-n-out Double-Double, Animal-style, with fries.
Today: about 4 handfuls of walnuts and cashews, and a bag of capuccino chocolate chip cookies from the work vending machine. Gotta get that sugar craving under control.

Good greif you are a champion..... my competitive nature compells me to really give a seriouse cheat day a whirl I have what I call big eat days often where there is no limit to my consumption and I can benge but I typically keep the food really clean with maybe some sprouted grain toast and a little coconut milk ice cream. I will also have cheat meals which consists of the stuff I will never usually eat . I bet if I put together a Big Eat Cheat Day it would be a spectacle to be recorded and a day to be remembered..... followed by a night of pain. I think I'lll do it.

Re: Dietary Confessions of a Crossfitter

Dear God....

you all make me feel better.

I have no illusions that more than a select few on these boards are truly following zone/paleo/whatever every single day, but I thought my weakness for my fiance's oatmeal-chocolate-chip cookies (I've had about 2 dozen in the last 2 days) was bad. Also pizza, which I simply cannot resist, but usually can only eat about 3-4 slices... not an entire pizza.

Apparently I'm an amateur at this.
