Ok...I think I've seen it all now...bootcamp, with spinning disco lights, a DJ...and I wonder if you can order some drinks too. Do we really need all that just to work out??

Kid friendly and don't forget to check out free Wed workouts. least it's functional exercises....minus the ab rollers.

please tell me that is not real!

my old gym used to have a spinning class where they turned out the lights pumped techno music and had the strobe lights in full effect. i thought that was nuts, but this is just insane!

I've been planning on going to one of their classes, they're not far from me at all. Just for kicks, mind you!

The facility is pretty cool, it would be great for Crossfit...they have 20 different stations, each station is numbered. Three climbing ropes, three dip stations, three monkey bars, three punching bags, etc. You do each station for 3 minutes, you have 15 seconds to rotate to the next numbered station. They change the numbers each week. Pretty cool concept, IMO. So it's an hour workout.
I would imagine you could slack through each round or you could really give it your all and get a good workout out of it.

Anyway, there's my $.02.

The workout looked reasonably fun like you said Mike, I just have to poke fun at the disco ball, strobe lights, DJ....I wouldnt be able to see **** in the dark and probably kickbox the person next to me....let us know if it's packed...I am sure they actually probably have a full house, so as a business it actually makes money.

Austin Powers Workout....Yeah baby..
