Just want to give a compliment to Scott Hagnas for putting together the most excellent set of bike skill drills in this and last month's CFJ. The videos are superb! Makes me want to dust off my BMX bike!

Scott, if you see this, just one question: How long before we go big? :biggrin:

Hi Clay-

We can do that if you want. The next installation will have a fairly big drop.

If you have the basics down, by all means - push your limits.

It's kind of funny - as primarily a flatlander these days, I am almost relearning my trials skills. At 40 years of age, the other day, I hopped higher than I did back in my competitive days. If only I had done Crossfit back then....
