Just wanted to say hi to the CF community, was put on to CF by some of the people at my martial arts studio. Researched it for a while, and started out on Feb 10th's WOD.

Wow. just wow. I'm hooked, got a co-worker of mine on board now, we did Cindy last night and he beat me to dry heaves about 15min in, loving to to hate it from start to finish.

Coming from years of very structured 2 muscle group day-on day-off heavy lifting, switching to CF is an incredible change in latitude.

Looks like a great community and really appreciate that so much content is available free to the populous.

ps. Just thinking about DB power snatches followed up by 30 pull ups makes me want to cry myself to sleep. Can't wait!

Yep, I think crossfit is a great workout for any Martial Artist. I first heard about crossfit throug the brazilian jiu-jitsu circles several years ago. I just now started crossfit though....so far so good and my BJJ conditioning is better than ever at the age of 33. I feel and look better than I did when I was 25.

Welcome!! My conditioning on the mat improved about 500% in less than 2 months. Gotta love it.
