Josh, here's another shot.

The little box in the right hand corner with the note pad and pencil permits you to edit your message.

Tara is one of the hardest working athletes I've ever met. I'm normally the one finishing the workouts just a little behind her time. Okay, behind both her and Lisa's time (That'd be Lisa with the whip. Appropriate.)
